About

Kanyanta Mubanga

I am a content and communication strategist. What makes that useful is that I also ship: two apps of my own on the App Store and Google Play, and commercial websites that people buy from. The writing and the build are the same job to me.

How I work

Start with what someone has to understand, decide, or do

That question changes what the job turns out to be. A product screen may need clearer language — or it may be exposing a product rule nobody has decided yet. A website may need tighter copy, or its whole running order may ignore how a buyer evaluates the offer.

I can work across that boundary because I build as well as write. DriveTrain and FootyMate tie content decisions to working mobile products. Wayne Zambia ties website decisions to a live commercial site. The school website concepts put content hierarchy and responsive behaviour in front of a client before any engagement starts.

Markets

What does not carry between Zambia and Russia

My work has developed across Zambian and Russian contexts. Audience expectations, trust signals, language, access, and buying behaviour do not travel unchanged between them, and assuming they do is where a lot of communication fails.

I treat that as a practical constraint on the work rather than as a claim that I can speak for every market.

What I have published

Working on something that crosses product, content, and code?

That overlap is where I am most useful. Tell me what is stuck and I will tell you whether I am the right person for it.
