The work
Visit the live Wayne siteContext
Procurement inquiries rarely arrive as perfect briefs. A buyer may have a photograph, a partial specification, or a description of the job the product needs to do.
Wayne’s website therefore had to do more than establish that the business exists. It needed to make a broad supply offer navigable, answer practical credibility questions, and create a clear route to a quote.
Decisions
The information architecture begins with product categories and buying tasks rather than a long company narrative. Repeated quote actions let a visitor move from discovery to a commercial conversation without hunting for a separate contact page.
The site also makes local operating context visible: its market, registration details, product categories, and direct contact routes are presented as evidence, not decorative metadata.
Execution
The work connects business direction, content, search structure, interface design, and implementation. Product pages and supporting content can expand as real demand identifies the next useful area.
Result
The visible result is a live commercial site that supports product discovery and quote requests. Traffic, ranking, inquiry, and revenue claims remain outside the public case study until the underlying records are reviewed.
